You agree and undertake that when accessing, viewing and/or posting any user generated content on these pages You will not imitate, abuse, harass, any Customer/User or violate and exploit, any of these ‘Terms of Service’ of the Platform.

You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Platform or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Platform. OnlineThela Return & Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on OnlineThela within the return/exchange period (Please read the Product Detail Page to see the number of day’s up to which a product can be returned/exchanged, post-delivery). All the Products sold on Platform are governed by different state laws and if Seller is unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different state laws, Seller will return or will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by Seller from the sale of such Product that could not be delivered to You. You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order on the Platform. By registering your phone number with us, you consent to be contacted by us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. We will not use your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS.
8.2. We may provide you alternation services (limited to alteration of length, alteration of the waist size) for the garments purchased by you from us. This service shall be free of cost and no amount would be collected from you for such alteration. However, a nominal fee as mentioned by OnlineThela at the time of creating the alteration request (inclusive of service tax) would be applicable as convenience charge towards pick up and drop of the garments or towards tailor visit (wherever applicable).
You agree, understand and acknowledge that OnlineThela is an online platform that enables you to purchase products listed on the Platform at the price indicated therein at any time. You further agree and acknowledge that OnlineThela is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on OnlineThela.
Platform is controlled and operated by OnlineThela and products are sold by respective Sellers. All material on Platform, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Material on OnlineThela is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on OnlineThela or any other networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. Those who choose to access Platform from other locations/Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and OnlineThela is not responsible for supply of products/refund for the products ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, applicable authorities at Bathinda. Delivery Related - User agrees and acknowledges that any claims regarding order delivery (including non-receipt/ non- delivery of order or signature verification) shall be notified to OnlineThela within 5 days from the alleged date of delivery of product reflecting on the OnlineThela portal. Non notification by you of non-receipt or non-delivery within the time period specified shall be construed as a deemed delivery in respect of that transaction. OnlineThela disclaims any liability or responsibility for claims regarding non-delivery, non-receipt of order (including signature verification in Proof of delivery) after 5 days from the alleged date of delivery of product reflecting on the OnlineThela portal.
Return is a facility provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. The returns policy brings in a lot of changes keeping in mind our loyal customer base. One small caveat, all products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
You may request for a refund/ replacement/ exchange within 30 days of delivery for the lifestyle category which includes clothing (excluding lingerie, innerwear, socks and freebies), footwear, eyewear, fashion accessories and jewellery (non-precious).
NOTE: Be aware that for the above two buckets OnlineThela’s returns policy applies as long as the items are unused, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.
The above mention category of products can be replaced only two times, for the first time delivery charges of replacement will bear by OnlineThela and second time delivery charges of replacement will be borne by customer itself.

When is your order eligible for product returns, exchange, replacement or refund?

First, check if there is any damage to the product that you ordered. Sometimes, the package may appear to be damaged due to shipping and handling but the product inside the packaging may be in good condition. However, if you notice that your package has been tampered with or the product is not sealed properly in its box, you can reject the order on the spot. If you notice this after you accept the package, you may opt to raise a Return request. Click on the Orders tab in the OnlineThela mobile app or desktop site to find the Return option. Opt for this and follow the next steps of the process. The OnlineThela product returns team will take over from here.
Depending on the category of product ordered, you may opt for a Replacement or Refund.
Ordered a pair of running shoes and discovered that they don’t fit you? Don’t worry. Log into your OnlineThela account, go to My Orders tab, click on Return, choose the reason as size fit issue and select the Exchange option. Exchanges are an option when the size does not fit you OR you do not like the colour of the product.
So, you ordered a mobile cover for your Samsung A-50, but when the package arrived you got an iPhone cover. While this is not a common occurrence, such scenarios should be immediately alerted for Returns.
Once notified for return, our delivery personnel will collect the product delivered to you and provide you with a replacement of the exact product that you ordered. Remember to read the return policy on the page where your product is described.

The OnlineThela replacement guarantee stands applicable during the specified period, depending on the seller’s return policy and the product category. It is important to first check the Replacement Guarantee period on the product page and then ask for a ‘Return’.
If, for some reason, you discovered that the product you ordered has some malfunction or is not working past this guarantee period, get in touch with the authorized service centre of the brand in your city, just as you would with any product that you might purchase at an offline retailer.
If you are unsatisfied with your replacement, or if the specific product or model that you want is out of stock, our customer support team may advise you to opt for a refund.
